Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

"Platform" — The je777 website and all services, games, and features included within it.
"User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the services.
"We" or "je777" — The operating entity of this platform.
"Account" — A user's personal profile created through registration on the platform.
"Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits granted by je777 subject to specific conditions being met.
"Wagering Requirement" — The total bet amount required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

In these Terms, singular words also include the plural and vice versa. The words "includes" or "such as" are used as examples without limitation.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use any service on the je777 platform. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, a working email address, and valid contact details. je777 reserves the right to cancel any account found to have provided false or misleading information.

During account verification, you may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or another government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone.

Report any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity to us immediately.
Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
You must not allow any third party to use your account.
You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

je777 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive such a request, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on je777 is ৳200 (per method). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

When making a deposit, ensure that the account or card used is registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from je777 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, additional time may be required due to account verification or security checks.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that any active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. Withdrawal requests with incomplete wagering will be rejected.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

Generally, withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit. If multiple methods have been used, verification may be required.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at je777, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or, a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. This means bets totalling ৳30,000 must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
Winnings made from bets placed using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds may sometimes be capped at a maximum amount — this will be stated in the offer details where applicable.
je777 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if multiple accounts, false information, or bonus abuse is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

je777 offers three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). You can advance to a higher tier through consistent participation and remaining active on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

je777 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our platform to remain a source of entertainment for everyone — not a cause of harm.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
You can use the cooling-off or long-term self-exclusion features.
If you notice signs of gambling addiction, seek professional help immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Creating artificial bet patterns with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
Attempting to gain unfair advantage from software bugs, technical errors, or game glitches.
Operating on the platform using bots, automated scripts, or any other programs.
Attempting to gain advantage through fraud, hacking, or any other dishonest means.
Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods or borrowed cards.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, and je777 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the je777 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of je777 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Game content (games from Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and other providers) is protected by the intellectual property of their respective companies. je777 provides these games under their licenses.

Limitation of Liability

The je777 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. je777 will not be liable in the following cases:

If gameplay is affected by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity loss.
If data loss or a security breach occurs due to a third party.
If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or sharing of account details.

je777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.

Changes to Terms

je777 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms are made will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page from time to time.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their own account. Before making the request, ensure that all active bonuses have been settled and any available balance has been withdrawn.

11.2 Closure by je777

je777 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious financial activity.
Operating multiple accounts.
Regulatory or legal reasons.

Upon account closure, a valid balance (where there are no bonus-related complications) will generally be returned. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a user may voluntarily request a temporary or long-term self-exclusion. During this period, no new deposits or bets will be possible on the account.
